Bill Eiserman

Bill graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture. Bill has completed numerous award-winning projects over the last 30 years and enjoys practicing in the Midwest.

Guillermo Almanza

As the Production Manager for Eiserman and Associates, Guillermo manages a team of construction and maintenance crews, ensuring quality and accuracy in the installation of the firm’s designs. His experience in construction makes him an integral part of our clients’ experience.

Tracey Wold

Tracey was promoted to Controller in 2024 and also manages all office operations at Eiserman and Associates. Tracey brings her knowledge of business operations from 20 years experience in the green industry prior to starting at Eiserman and Associates in 2011.

Brenden Waller

Brenden is our Design Director with over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University in 2006 and has focused his career on designing and building gardens ever since. From the first drawing to the last day of construction, helping families realize the opportunities for their outdoor spaces brings Brenden joy and fulfillment. During the design process, Brenden strives to blend art, technology, and natural materials to create spaces that are functional, sophisticated, and seasonal.

Juan Arroyo, Jr.

Juan heads up our estimating department working with the production and design staffs to comprehensively create proposals for all of our clientele. Juan’s story with Eiserman and Associates started as a laborer working on a construction crew and he continues to move forward in the company.

John ‘Jack’ Luby

Jack joined our team November 2024 as our Maintenance Client Representative, managing and supporting client relations for our Maintenance Division. Jack comes to us having served in a similar role all along Chicago’s North Shore for the past eight seasons and having prior history in other jobs throughout the green industry. He has a passion for helping create and maintain beautiful landscapes while building lasting relationships along the way.

John Czapla

John is an Iowa State University alum who joined our staff in Spring of 2022 as our Purchasing Manager. His extensive plant knowledge makes him an essential part of our team.

Jean McElwain

Jean joined our team as Admin Assistant/Billing Coordinator in 2024. With her extensive background in a variety of office settings, she is a great support member for our office operations.
